I’ve just spent an unforgettable weekend in Glen Ellen, California, at the home of Bernie Krause.
Listen to us speaking about Bernie’s upcoming Great Animal Orchestra symphony.
Very happy to be joining a fantastic speaker lineup at TEDx Cannes at the end of April.
It was a pleasure to speak to the guys at TED’s Radio Hour, which is broadcast on NPR. You can listen to their episode ‘Extrasensory’ here. The programme talks about going beyond our senses and features Neil Harbisson, Rupal Patel and myself. Why not check out the rest of their episodes while you’re there – it’s a great show!
After watching my TED talk, Steve Guttenberg from CNET interviewed me for this great article on their blog, “The Audiophiliac”.
I’ve spent the last few weeks traveling around Europe. Last week included fantastic trips to Istanbul – where I spoke to an audience of shopping centre developers about the effects of sound in retail environments -, and a speech in Gøteborg about conscious listening.
After a few short trips at the beginning of this week to visit The Sound Agency’s clients in Vienna and Essen I’ve got one day in the UK before it’s off to Vancouver for TED2014. Very excited!
