For who is "Fit with Jane"?

This is for beginner to intermediate level, and is great if it’s the first time you’ve exercised for a while! Each week will be a completely new class, and Jane will explain each exercise so that beginners and regulars can get the most out of it. This is not aimed at advanced yogis or athletes: in time, we may launch an advanced class but this is not it.
